Cool kids’ websites

Keeping your kids occupied and entertained while they’re home over Spring Break can be challenging. When you can’t do activities together, you can still provide them with educational and inspirational resources they can explore online. There are many great web sites designed to stimulate your child’s natural curiosity about the world and help them learn in fun and fresh ways. Here are some cool web sites to visit:

  • NASA Kids Club offers images, videos and interactive features from the unique perspective of America's space agency.
  • Kid's Planet includes facts, games, a teacher's section and even information on how kids can act to save endangered species.
  • Discovery Kids is a great kids’ portal, with lots of fun interactive games, videos and information about various shows on the Discovery network.
  • National Geographic Kids is one of the best sites on the Web for kids, featuring games, cartoons and even a printable colouring book.
